INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Tri-State SHRM is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. It uses collected information to provide or improve Services for Users, and as more particularly set forth below, it may use collected information to contact Users for a variety of reasons, including, without limitation, obtaining information from Users regarding their use of the Site and Services and ways Tri-State SHRM can improve them, and to send information to them regarding Tri-State SHRM, its Services, or its Partners, such as promotions and events. This information is used in ways Tri-State SHRM determines appropriate in its sole discretion, and it reserves the right to do so. Tri-State SHRM will not sell or rent personally identifiable information to anyone, and it will not disclose any collected information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Tri-State SHRM collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Tri-State SHRM account, when you use certain Tri-State SHRM products or services, and when you visit Tri-State SHRM pages. Tri-State SHRM may also receive personally identifiable information from its business partners.
When you register with the Tri-State SHRM, we ask for personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, address, and zip code. Once you register with Tri-State SHRM and sign in to its services, you are not anonymous to us. Tri-State SHRM also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Tri-State SHRM cookie information, and the page you requested.
In order to use Tri-State SHRM, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information about yourself or your company, but it is not required.
This site requests information from you on our order form. To buy from Tri-State SHRM, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If Tri-State SHRM has trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Tri-State SHRM will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. Tri-State SHRM may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

Tri-State SHRM may share aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
ACCESSING AND CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION
You can view and update your personal information at any time by signing in to your account on our Site and changing your profile.
Tri-State SHRM needs to be able to communicate at times with all Users, and therefore it reserves the right to contact Users. Users who no longer wish to receive the Tri-State SHRM newsletter or promotional materials from our partners may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions in the e-mails.
Your registration or account information is password-protected for your privacy and security. The security of Tri-State SHRM account relies on your protection of your Tri-State SHRM password. Any disclosure of your password to a third party may result in access to your registration or account information or execution of transactions. Tri-State SHRM uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions of financial and certain other information. Financial information is stored in encrypted form on computers that are not publicly accessible via the Internet.
Tri-State SHRM will never request your user name or password via any email message or over the telephone. If you receive such an email or call, please forward the entire message or information about any call immediately to email@example.com. Never provide your Tri-State SHRM username or password to anyone via email or phone.
Tri-State SHRM may amend this policy from time to time. If it makes any substantial changes in the way it uses your personal information, Tri-State SHRM we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site.
