Session Description

What is the key to obtaining sound and fair findings at the conclusion of a workplace investigation? The information learned during the witness interviews. HR professionals who are conducting investigations quickly learn that obtaining information from employees and others requires training and a unique skillset to ensure that participants have faith in the process and fairness and impartiality of the outcome.
