This program goes beyond ADA and helps participants understand the personal, social, and medical needs of persons with (dis)abilities. This helps to create inclusive workplaces that attract and retain talent. This is increasingly important as 1 in 4 Americans has a (dis)ability in some form, over 50% of employees will have a (dis)ability before retirement, and that (dis)ability related claims are third highest amongst EEOC claims.
Paul Artale is a motivational speaker, author, and trainer who works with companies who want to supercharge employee performance by understanding employee needs and leveraging their strengths. Paul is a PhD Candidate whose research focuses on the positive impact workplace flexibility has on employee engagement, retention, and performance.
