Creating Connection

Thursday 8:00 – 9:00 AM

Session Description

As humans, we all crave connection: to be seen, heard, and understood. Creating cultures of connection takes intention and awareness. In this presentation, participants will hear and experience practical and tactical ways to foster connection in their teams. They’ll also discover the mayhem that results when connection crashers come into play: those words, phrases, and behaviors we say and do that slowly chip away at connection, and learn what to do instead.

The result? Relevant and actionable concepts that participants can implement immediately to foster trusted relationships, take ownership of their impact, and create a collaborative culture.
